Description
	The 25 bp DNA Ladder consists of 18 dsDNA fragments between 25 and 450 bp in multiples of 25 bp plus a fragment at 500 bp. An additional fragment at 2652 bp is provided above the ladder. All fragments have blunt ends. The 125 bp band is approximately 2 to 3 times brighter than than all bands except the 500 bp and 2652 bp bands to provide internal orientation. This ladder is not designed for quantitation.
